Plus box of Khorne Berzerkers to accompany him - I think the very first gift of Chaos to any Chaos Lord would be one from Khorne, just because you'd have to be spilling blood by few hundred liters to lead an army.

Maybe Nurgle's gift after that for possible use of chemical warfare.

Slaanesh and Tzeentch, while I am aware psykers are potent, I am not fond of using magic. Let's just say, I have thing or two of annoying memories from World of Warcraft fighting Mage with melee only class.

And after all, you don't run out of muscle but you run out of mana.

Oh, and of course battlefield accessories. Speaking of which.
